A little about me:
I was born in a little town called Comox on the eastern coast of Vancouver Island when my parents first arrived from Vietnam. Growing up, I learned to embody kindness and compassion through recognizing the struggles faced by my parents and other first-generation immigrants. From dancing ballet and playing soccer to competing internationally for dragon boating, I enjoy working with individuals of all ages in various types of sports and activities. A few years ago I discovered I had scoliosis, but had no knowledge of what that meant or what I could do about it. Being a part of the team at the ScoliClinic has afforded me an opportunity to empower other individuals with scoliosis and spinal deformities.
What to expect in a treatment session with me:
I recognize it can be overwhelming and nerve-racking coming in for your appointment, but my role as a therapist is to get to know YOU better so that we can collaborate together to create an individualized treatment plan. I hope to have as much fun as possible while we work on getting you to move with confidence in a safe and inclusive environment.
