Scoliosis Bracing For Adults

Custom spinal bracing may be a crucial part of the treatment process for some people with scoliosis or Scheuermann’s Kyphosis.

For adults, custom spinal bracing may be used to support the trunk and spine during certain activities and alleviate pain and discomfort.

Over the years, we’ve developed a closely collaborative relationship with Certified Orthotists who are trained in 3-dimensional bracing techniques to maximize the outcomes of our clients. The team at  Hodgson Orthopedic Group has locations in Coquitlam and Surrey (our satellite clinic is located here!) to service the surrounding areas.

In addition to collaborating on shared clients, we’re continually holding dialogue to improve our combined approach to conservative management of scoliosis. To read more about their methods for scoliosis bracing, click here.

During sessions with your ScoliClinic therapist, you can discuss if custom spinal bracing is recommended for you.
