Our Summer Shake-Ups are back, and this year we have even MORE options for our version of ‘summer camp’.
Similar to last year, this small-group summer camp structure is designed to have a little bit of Physio, every day.
Sessions are 90-min long, Mon-Fri
- Adult Women: 9am – 10:30am
- Teen Girls: 11am – 12:30pm
- Teen Boys: 1pm – 2:30pm
- Teen Girls: 4:15pm – 5:45pm
- Adult Women: 6pm – 7:30pm
Themes:
- Mindfulness Workshop, with a Registered Clinical Counsellor
- Scoliosis-Specific Physio Session
- Fitness/Weightlifting Physio Session
- Scoliosis-Friendly Yoga Class
- TRX/Stability Physio Session
Total of 7.5 hours of sessions
Class size: minimum 4, maximum 6
Cost: $375 for the week
